greenex cleanup services..came recommended.. from a colleeeg of mine .who happens to works for the dept socials services. and has apparently used there services in the past for there hoarding cleanout skills ....for my situation with my moms.. witch was a bad one that I have to admit was cluttered....with Roaches and mice!!.. and not to mention her 6 catss witch the smell made 10 times worse ...but these guys made the job look like it was a walk in the park even thogh it was a hot day in Brownsville Brooklyn! especially with them crazy white suits and them purple masks they were wearing...so all I have to say these guys came thru for my moms in big way..and since the big cleanup and sanitization.. the Landlord has stopped harassing her.......Thank you Frank greenex and the crew for saving her Apartment..and giving her a second chance too live in a more healthy place...Peace Yalll!!

I found Frank while doing some extensive research on the web, and after reviewing several other companies. Franks website Greenex, stood out the most. After speaking with two other companies, I called Greenex and I instantly felt like Frank was the most knowledgeable and, suitable for the job that needed to be done. My sister lived in Manhattan for over thirty years, and never let any one inside her apartment. Come to find out my fellow siblings and I, received a phone call about her death...There was much panic and, anxiety amongst the family, and me being the closest to her (being in New Jersey) I had the task of searching for and hiring a service, that would clean up. Finally I came across Frank, and let me say him and his team were phenomenal, they came to a situation, where most could not bare the sight nor stench. They also performed in a manner that was very discreet, efficient, and cordial to top it off, me being doctor, they worked with their days around my schedule in a way that was very accommodating, and convenient, after all the hoarding and clutter was removed, they also took the contaminated carpet out, and last but not least they gave the apartment a deep cleaning, and deodorized to the point as if nothing had happened in there, I'm very grateful to have found Greenex, I highly recommend them, because you will not have any issues, and they will get the job done....

Weeks ago, my aunt was facing eviction, due to her hoarding situation.Due to the fact that she is mentally unstable, I was left with the daunting task of handling the cleanup of this god awful mess.. Fortunately, I found the terrific services of Greenex, and their excellent staff, I hired them to deal with the situation, and they did so with courtesy, and professionalism, which is very hard to come across these days..In conclusion, I highly recommend the services of Greenex, for any one in dire need of a hoarding clean ups

My mom recently passed away and it was time to sell her home in Bayside, Queens. My mom accumulated 55 years of clutter and such. Our real estate broker referred us to Frank. We set up an appointment on Thursday for an estimate. Frank came timely and walked around with us. My Mom was a border line hoarder but Frank showed respect and came in with a price range and time range. We accepted and set the following Wednesday at 8:30AM as the house clean-out day. Fast forward a week and Frank and his 4 man crew arrived a bit early which is nice for a change. Frank introduced his 4 man crew and we went through a final huddle before the work started to ensure we were all on the same page as to what to look out for (pictures, letters, etc), what little was being kept and what order to attack the rooms, etc. These 4 guys worked there butts off non-stop except for a well deserved and much needed lunch break. I never saw a team work so efficiently. I was convinced that no way could they finish in a day. At 3:30PM, they were finishing up. They even tackled the attic and bricks in the backyard which I forgot to mention to Frank. 3 big truck loads later, the entire house was cleaned out and broom swept. Frank returned for the final billing which surprisingly managed to stay within the original price range despite the extra work performed. There were no negative surprises at all and the 4 man crew plus Frank were very respectful the entire job. Amazing job done by Green-Ex.

Apartment hoarding cleanup

I hired greenex after I learned that my father was living in a hoarded up apartment and he was admitted to the hospital for chronic illness. i called frank with greenex and i knew that this was the right person after speaking to two other companies previously frank impressed me with his knowledge and understanding, frank came with an army of hard working polite staff and i thought it would take a week only took a day and a half to clean out this fourth floor walk up with difficult parking ! i give these guys 5 Stars and highly recommend them

Cant say enough great things about Greenex. I was in a really tough situation, i had went through really tough times with my health the ladt 4 years had to get hoarding cleanup performed in a hurry cause the management wanted me out cause of neglect called frank he came for a consultatiosnan was very respectful the whole way as was the crew 1 member worked with me the first day to help me sort things and separate things i wanted to keep it was hard cause i didnt want to lat go but they helped me alot made me feel real comfortable did not even judge me and kept there word with everything ; in the end i was very very thankful i found these guys and they ve been doing this along time and it shows ; frank kept his promise and was very discreete they did alot of work and im grateful and they topped it off with a very good deep scrub cleaning it took alot for me to write this as it was very embarising i hope this helps thnks greenex

Hoarding house cleanup

I found this company online and decided to call because they looked the most experienced and professional i liked there name and the fact that they were insured and licensed , me and my husband flew in from Florida to take care of this cleanup , frank made this easier for us and my sister who was 74 years when she passed left an incredible amount of clutter behind ! We knew one day she would need her home cleaned up she was very unsocial and we had only seen the home twice . I was extremely pleased with the service

Frank, the owner, was easy to deal with, offered a fair price and was trustworthy. The workers and
trucks showed up on time. The workers were friendly and seemed to be experienced. They worked hard
to remove two full truckloads of junk from my brother's apartment. It was worth the cost and saved my brother and I a lot of hard work.

Frank came day after our initial phone conversation to assess the job and offer very reasonable
quote. A few days later, "Anthony", the crew leader, and 2 helpers arrived right on time, ready to "dig in."
And dig they did - literally-as they tussled with the havoc wrought by Mother Nature, both in the front and back yards of the property. The day unfortunately was very hot, and none of the "doomed" items (weeds, vines, bushes, "trees", couch, carpet, wall, door, etc.) went easily. But a la the "Ever Ready" bunny, Anthony and his workers NEVER stopped their labors till every task had been accomplished, and all debris removed. Absolutely awesome!

Frank responded to my initial email within hours and set up an appointment for 2 days later. I had to cancel that appointment and Frank was quick to re-schedule for the next week. The job, which was huge, was completed 3 days later. The basement is in a two family house that had a lot of stuff from previous tenants as well as stuff the owners had accumulated over decades! The job was done quickly and efficiently. Frank and his crew took one day to complete the job.
I had used Frank's company about 5 years before for the backyard clean up and was impressed with the job that was done. I had Greenex in the back of my mind to help me get the basement cleaned out. Frank did not disappoint. He came through again for me. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend Greenex.

Whole house cleanup…basement, yard, bathrooms, etc. Hauled away 50 years of clutter of a relative that was a hoarder. Member Comments: Frank was excellent, a man of his word. The owner showed up to our house at 9am SHARP! He came with 5 guys. All of the guys worked non-stop from 9am until about 4pm with a quick lunch break in between. They tore out the sheet rock walls in the basement that had been damaged by water with mold growing on it. They threw out garbage from the basement as well. They removed dirt from the backyard that was about a foot to a foot and half deep in order to level out the backyard. The guys worked tirelessly and seamlessly as a team toting buckets of dirt on their shoulders from the backyard to the front yard, dumping everything into a big truck and carting it away. The guys did a lot of work and there was a LOT OF DIRT!!! After everything was all said and done, they swept and cleaned up. I would ABSOLUTELY use the GreenEx team again. Thanks Frank!!!
